Capabilities

Everything between the idea and the audience

We are set up to take a project the whole way. Six disciplines sit with one team, so nothing gets lost in the handover between the people doing the thinking and the people holding the camera.

01

Video Production

From the first idea to the final cut.

We make long form television, branded series and commercial work, and we stay with it from the writing room through to the grade. The crew, the camera, the edit, the sound and the colour all sit with one team on one schedule.

  • Series & format development
  • Commercials & brand films
  • Direction & cinematography
  • Editorial, colour & sound
02

Branding

Names, positioning and what you actually stand for.

We start with the strategy. Who you are talking to, where you sit next to everyone else, and how you should sound. Once that is settled we build the identity system that keeps it consistent wherever it turns up.

  • Positioning & naming
  • Brand strategy & architecture
  • Tone of voice
  • Guidelines & rollout
03

Visual Identity

Design that still works outside the studio.

Logotypes, typography, motion and art direction, built to hold up at the size of a title sequence and at the size of a phone screen.

  • Logotype & marks
  • Typographic systems
  • Motion & title design
  • Art direction
04

Advertising Content

Made for where it runs.

Campaign assets cut for wherever they end up, whether that is broadcast, outdoor, social or in store. It all comes out of one production, so the story does not drift between versions.

  • TVC & broadcast
  • Content built for social
  • Outdoor & print
  • Localisation & adaptation
05

Strategy & Communications

Planning with a number attached to it.

Media planning, messaging and campaign calendars, tied to what the business needs to achieve. We agree on what success looks like before anything gets made.

  • Media strategy & planning
  • Message architecture
  • Campaign management
  • Measurement & reporting
06

Consulting

For the parts nobody wants to own.

Partner negotiation, budgeting, distribution and the rest of the work involved in getting a project on air and onto the shelf. We have done it often enough to know where it usually goes wrong.

  • Partner & sponsor negotiation
  • Production budgeting
  • Broadcast & distribution
  • Growth advisory

How a project actually runs

01

Interrogate

We start by pushing back on the brief until we find the real problem underneath it. Who the audience is, where you sit, and the number that actually has to move.

02

Design the idea

Concept, narrative and identity get developed together, so the film and the brand end up making the same argument.

03

Produce

Crew, schedule, budget and delivery. Making our own formats taught us where productions tend to break, and we plan around those points.

04

Release and hold

Launch, versions for each platform, and the follow through that most campaigns skip. Then we sit down with the numbers.

Not sure which of these you need? Most clients aren't either.
